Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office investigators are searching for a suspect following a robbery at a Chase Bank on Atlantic Boulevard Saturday afternoon.

Police shot and killed a suspect in a Plainfield bank robbery on Wednesday after he failed to comply and fled the scene on foot while armed.

CHIPPEWA COUNTY (WQOW) - A Woodville man has been charged with attempted bank robbery after authorities say he passed a threatening note to a teller at Citizens State Bank in Cornell on April 16. Kevin Wayne Rasmussen, 40, faces a charge of attempt robbery of a financial institution, a Class C felony.
